Meh it's OK. To small and you pay to much.
Great gym. Helpful staff, good atmosphere. The aroma someone mentioned earlier is from the nearby Southbridge Wastewater Treatment Plant. Nothing to be done about it. Occasionally, it smells bad in the parking lot, but not inside and so it's not at all a problem while working out.
I just went and checked it out as I've only recently moved to the area from Cape Cod MA, as the other review stated it's got a bit of a foul aroma outside which is in no way shape or form due to the fitness center itself but the store at the opposite end of the complex. As far as equipment goes it had a pretty decent variety and setup. It wasn't at all "shitty" inside and considering the employees were gone it was kept very tidy. After doing some research on the gym itself the staff looks very friendly and the atmosphere seems progress driven but not too overwhelming. Cannot give a 5 star rating due simply to not actually going there, but if you're looking for a friendly place with a variety of equipments available for use to stay in shape, I'd highly recommend Anytime Fitness.
