First of all there is no front door it is on the side and there is a driveway that says road test. My son and I went in the driveway and figured we should see if there was a way in the building and check in and so we did and they said go outside then the woman giving the road tests yelled you need to come and check in inside and so we told her we tried and they told us to come outside and she said very rudely WELL THATS NOT WHAT I SAID!! Then she said have all your papers ready. We got in the car she said there will be no talking and I knew from that moment she was going too fail my son and she did. She didn't have to be so rude and disrespectful.
The employees are rude and in friendly. They don’t want to help you or make your life easier in any way. horrible experience. This place is horribly set up, I went for my road test and you have to wait in a small little door way and this man who was conducting the test took my paper work and everything and my mother license was expired and we didn’t know. He told us we could re new it and then he would take us. Within 10 minutes she had it renewed and he said flatly “I can’t take her” and just walked out. He showed no hospitality, remorse or understanding of our situation. So this means we will have to reschedule and pay AGAIN! I don’t reccomend going here if you actually want to get anything done
It is true what people say, the employees here are pretty rude. The process takes absolutely forever to get ANYTHING done here at all. The wait times seem to take just around 14 years. All their workers seem to be paid by the hour I guess. But what else is new in this state
The road test instructor is fair and pleasant to work with. He greeted us cordially and he proceeded to make us do the standard 3 point turn, back up, parallel park etc..This is the place to go to, in central Mass if you want a fair instructor.
