Very responsive! Service man was sent quickly and fixed problem. He even took the time to explain how the system works and some general maintenance I can do to save on repairs.
Be aware, there pricing is such that it prevents them form coming back and assisting you. Even if they have culpabiliy in the original issue. I would recommend going with a company that 1) inspects the products they install. 2) is willing to work with you if something goes work after installation. One man's opinion of course.
Plumber caused a leak 1' from the water heater they installed, I called them, they went out and a week later I got a bill from him. Zero communication, just a bill... Horrible Communication, and dishonest owner!
