The doctor was rude and spoke in a condescending manner to me throughout the entire visit. At first I shrugged it off, thinking she was having a bad day. But when the doctor took a fecal sample, my little twelve pound dog yelped in pain. The doctor said in an angry voice TO MY DOG, "oh quit complaining, it's not that bad." Well, our visit WAS that bad and I'm sorry my fifteen year old daughter had to witness it. We will never go back.

I love this place. I have a special needs dig, vwhich gets excellent care here. First rate.

Prices are okay, but the doctor is rude and you get the feeling she doesn't care about your pet

7 years ago there was a lump on my dog, the doctor insisted surgery was the only way to know what it was. I was young and didnt have the money. There are a few times I've brought my dog in and its always gonna need more testing or surgery. Everytime making me think we was gonna die over night. Like when he broke a toe nail. I know its possible for a dog to bleed out if it goes up to the wick enough, but they presented as a fact, not a possibility. Anytime i have gone to tufts per the doctors suggestion, I pay a ridiculous amount of money to get services that arent actually emergencies. When a second lump appeared, again I was told surgery was the only way to know. I went to the VCA. They did an asprite for $70 and told me my dog had cancer. He had cancer for 4 years go undiagnosed because this vet doesnt have the capability to do an asprite. I admit i could have sought a second opinion in the beginging but i was 20 and completely new to having a dog. The staff is nice and they have always treated my bully breed respectfully. BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER RESOURCES TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE YOUR DOG.

Dr. S is wonderful. She is smart, obviously loves animals, her job, and manages us owners well, too. She is well read, and keeps up on recent information. The office is organized (probably since the turnover in ownership) and support staff is great. I found her informative and her information was based in concrete information. I strongly recommend her office, but don't tell too many people so I can get an appointment when I need it!
